Shipping policy
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Orders usually take 5-10 business days to process and produce, but production time typically increases during sales, product releases, and holidays. Items that are customized may exceed 5-10 business days.
SHIPPING CARRIER & TIME
Once your order has been processed and produced (see processing & production time above), orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail by default, which varies between 3-5 business days. You also have the option to select Priority mail.
INSURED SHIPPING
We strongly suggest selecting Insured Shipping. Lynn and James is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and It is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.
RUSH ORDERS
Due to current demand, we aren't offering rush orders at this time. We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible!
LOCAL PICK UP
We are exclusively an online boutique and don’t offer local pick up at this time.
CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED
For a cancellation or change to order, email info@bylynnandjames.com asap with your first and last name, order number, and request a cancellation/change. We however cannot guarantee that we can make these adjustments once you receive shipping confirmation.
REDIRECTING ORDERS
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be able to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our boutique, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
LOST PACKAGE
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package.
