Thank you for shopping at Lynn and James where each customer is valued. We offer exchanges and/or store credit only. All exchanges and/or store credit must be made within 30 days of purchase as of the order date. If 30 days have passed since your order date, you will not be offered an exchange and/or store credit of any kind. All items must be in the same condition as sold, free of chemicals, clean, unworn, untarnished, and show no signs of alterations/damages.
Final sale items are not eligible for an exchange and/or store credit. All personalized made to order jewelry sales are final and not eligible for an exchange and/or store credit.
